Hi, I’m Dani — founder of ADANi Pilates, strength enthusiast, and your dedicated coach.

My fitness journey started over a decade ago with weight training, but it wasn’t until I incorporated Pilates that everything truly clicked. For years, I was lifting heavy, chasing results, and putting in the work — but something was missing. I had never truly built core strength; to be honest, I often skipped core workouts altogether. But once I added Pilates into my routine, everything shifted. My body began to mold and move in ways I never thought possible. I discovered a deeper kind of strength — the kind that starts from within and supports your entire body, including your mindset.

Pilates gave me flexibility, control, and connection to my breath. Strength training built muscle and fired up my metabolism. Together, they transformed everything.

But this journey wasn’t always so clear. After high school, I gained 50 pounds. I felt lost, disconnected, and unsure of how to start. What I needed then wasn’t just a workout plan — I needed someone to guide me, support me, and remind me that I was capable of change. So I became that person — first for myself, and now, for you.

I don’t believe in “this or that.” It’s not Pilates or weights — it’s both. Real transformation comes from a combination of movement: daily steps, intentional Pilates, structured strength training, and the right mindset. I’ve lived it. I’ve built it. And now I want to share it!

My goal isn’t to just tell you what to do — I want to teach you why it works, guide you through it, and help you evolve into the strongest, most connected version of yourself. Through this blend of movement, we’ll create a lifestyle that’s sustainable, empowering, and uniquely yours!
